Who we are
fadeindex.co.uk is run by Fade Index. Our trading details are on the Contact information page. Email hello@fadeindex.co.uk.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm your order has shipped (or, for pre-orders, when we confirm the pre-order). We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or a tee is no longer available. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. We can change prices at any time, but not on an order already placed.

The tees
Each tee has an FI reference and a shade on the index. Photos show the actual tee as closely as we can, but colour on screen varies and distressed, washed and handmade finishes differ slightly from tee to tee. Measurements are laid flat and can vary by 1 to 3cm.

Pre-orders
Shades out of stock can be pre-ordered. Pre-orders ship within 12 weeks of the order date. If we can't meet that, you can wait or take a full refund.

Delivery and returns
See our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. Risk passes to you when the tee is delivered.

Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
